Havant is a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the UK Parliament by Alan Mak, the first person of Chinese origin to be elected to the chamber. To date, the constituency has been a Conservative safe seat. ==Boundaries== The constituency comprises most of the borough (and the town) of Havant in Hampshire. This includes two other towns: Waterlooville and Emsworth.
